European Union & North America
(USA & Canada)
We are
pleased to advise our customers
in the EU and North America that
we now have in place the appropriate
security checks to enable us to
accept payment by credit or debit
card.
Please note: we
cannot process credit/debit card
orders from Denmark as we are
unable to obtain authorisation
information from Danish banks
for credit card transactions.
If you wish to place an order
from Denmark, please follow the
procedure outlined below for paying
via bank transfer.
Place your order and then select
"alternative credit card
method" from the drop
down menu under "payment
method" (in place of
the default "online credit/debit
card authorisation").
Shipping Charges: £10
for Europe and £14 for US/Canada,
charged to your card.
Duty:
No duty applies to goods shipped
within the European Union.
Outside
the EU any duty and customs costs
appropriate to your country are
your responsibity.
Delivery
& Despatch:
We
will despatch your goods by air
mail once we have bank authorisation
(which can take up to 72 hours).
Delivery
takes around 5 days from despatch
for most EU countries, and around
8 days for North America.

Rest of the World
We regret
that we are currently unable to
accept credit or debit card payment
from countries outside the European
Union and North America. We can
only accept orders upon receipt
of payment directly into our bank
account. Please follow the
detailed instructions if you place
such an order.
- Forward your order confirmation
by email to sales@clothesco.co.uk.
- We will check that we have
all stock items to fulfil you
order and confirm by return
email, and will detail the additional
cost of overseas delivery to
enable you to make payment.
- Please email
advising your intent to pay
and send payment to the account
below detailing you order number
as reference, this is very important
as it will enable us to identify
your payment. The payment we
receive must exclude any transfer
or bank charges.
- Please note that Clothes Co is a wholly owned subsidiary

The payment on your credit card
statement will show as Clothingsites.co.uk

- Upon receipt of payment your
order will be despatched and
a confirmation email will be
sent.
- From receipt of your email
confirming ‘intent to
pay’ (3 above) we will
hold the goods you have ordered
for 10 working days to allow
your payment to be received.
After this period we cannot
guarantee that goods will be
available to send should your
payment be delayed.
- Any returns refund will be
held as a credit against further
orders.
- Please note you may have to
pay additional import duty on
your order subject to the country
of delivery, any charge of this
type is the responsibility of
the purchaser.
